Sacred: God's Children Sing Seminar
This 3-hour webinar addresses the faith development of the young child and how it is developed in this delightful program of music and movement. The collection of 60 lessons is divided into 30 lessons for children ages 1½ to 3 years and 30 lessons for 3- to 5-year-olds. Both sets are designed for parent/child classes, although many Musikgarten teachers use them effectively in Sunday school settings.
The God's Children Sing curriculum follows the same music learning principles and lesson plan format that is used in Family Music for Toddlers and The Cycle of Seasons. Familiar bible stories and songs of praise that are particularly suited for young children are central to the repertoire of God's Children Sing, which also includes a select number of folksongs found in other Musikgarten curricula.
NOTE: The Cycle of Seasons workshop or webinar certification is a pre-requisite since it is there that the issues of child development and music learning are addressed.
